Fun Zone is one hour of open recreation (including Red Room, tumble trak and time in the foam pit) for children under adult supervision. Coaches are present to ensure safety and enforce rules. They are also available to assist parents in proper spotting techniques and to answer any questions.

Members can use Fun Zone as a make-up class, just sign up at the Front Desk in advance.

Who: Children ages 12 months to 6 years old AND their parent
When: Every Friday 12:30-1:30 and 7:00 to 8:00pm

Open Gym is a time when anyone can come to the gym to practice skills that they are working on in a safe a progressive manner. The coaches will not be individually coaching during an Open Gym, they will be supervising and maintaining a safe, developmental and fun environment.

Who: Anyone age 7 and up
When: Every Friday: 6:45-8:15pm Every Saturday: 3:15-4:45pm
